Dear Sir-Madam,
we sent you an email through booking.com to book a room for 2nd January , but there was no answer. We did not receive an answer from you but you have charged us one night.
Why is that so, since we had no answer from you?
The price for the room was 60,74 Euros

We can provide information only about the reservations made directly at our hotel. If you make a reservation online, you can ask for information about it only from the online reservation system which you used (Booking.com). Usually if you make a reservation through Booking.com they send a confirmation to you.
We suggest you to contact Booking.com.

We have internet in the hotel. On the ground floor you can use our free wifi network, or in the rooms you can borrow a cable, which is 5 EUR.

Do you have rooms for allergic people, where pets are not allowed? How much would two such rooms fri-sat 15-16 May cost?

Dear Mr. Larsson, yes of course we have rooms for allegic people, just when you reserve the room you must mention that you need that one! The price is 69.-eur for single use, and 99.-eur for double use for one night which included the buffet breakfast, free airport shuttle and the use of the wellness area.
